Welcome, what is your name?

Nebought

Tell a bit about yourself and what you do?

I am enthusiastic to learn more and work on online business as I am now working more to build my career as a freelance writer. I am now offering blog writing, copywriting, B2B, email copywriting, translation English < > Swahili, and Online Swahili teaching to my clients online.

When did you become a freelancer?

I started freelancer activities in early March 2020.

Pitch your service! How do you help your clients?

I help my clients meet their demands within their budget and grow their businesses with ease. I write emails copy, all about B2B copywriting, articles and blogs, and translation of English to Swahili. I also teach the Swahili language via the italki platform. Find here my getpaid.africa page and here an introduction course I am selling

When did you discover Getpaid.africa?

In August 2020, I discovered getpaid.africa.

I was facing the serious problem of online payments as Tanzania does not support a receive-from-PayPal service. In finding the way out by April, I got a Clickpesa where I contacted Aly, but I was not eligible to use Clickpesa. In August, Aly mailed me back about the option of getpaid.africa and I was so grateful.

How does Getpaid.africa help your business grow?

As it is that, any business grows when money flows in, I couldn’t be sure to move on with online business while most online businesses pay via PayPal, and I missed one payment because I didn’t have getpaid.africa so this was dragging me out of business. Now with getpaid.africa I am confidently earning payments online and feel myself growing in my business.

Where do you see yourself with business in 5 years?

My business is in demand, and in five years to come, I will be a higher demanded freelancer, and I will be earning a higher income. I see myself relying much on online businesses, especially as a B2B copywriter.

Do you have any tips for other freelancers?

Yes, Building up a reputation is hard work, but also maintaining the reputation is another hard work. A freelancer must work every day to improve and build a reputation, there is no end of improvement. If you are in Africa, especially Tanzania, don’t be discouraged with the hardness of online freelancing, the world is moving fast and Tanzania is growing. You will be highly demanded if you have enough skills that payout.
